I apologize to those who have watched the slide show and haven't had any info to go with. Tony, Larus and Leah arrived late on July 31 and stayed until the 5th of Aug. As you can see by the slide show, we went swimming (Friday afternoon), and went to the zoo (Monday), but we did so much more than that.
We went shopping on Friday morning. Tony treated Andrew and Grace to some new toys. Kind of funny that Andrew headed to the super heros, and Grace went for the stuffed animals. Saturday a.m. we took in a craft fair and ate some treats. That afternoon Michael took the teenagers to see The Mummy while Tony and I pinned a full size jean quilt she is working on for Leah. Which is a pretty nice jean quilt too. Sunday was church and out to the farm and lake for Michael, Leah, Larus and Andrew. They had an enjoyable time. They fished, gopher hunted, Andrew gave them a tour of the farm, and Larus fed the calf, a first for him. His comment about the calf was that "He gives new meaning to the word chug." Tony quilted a block for a class she is taking that afternoon while I observed more or less. Once Grace woke up we went to eat Chinese. Yum! Finally on Monday we spent most of the day at the zoo, and then relaxed with movies in the afternoon.
Amazing how fast the weekend went. It is also amazing that I stayed up late for that many nights in a row. The teenagers and little ones also had fun playing hide-n-seek, rough housing, watching movies together, and laughing at Grace and Andrew's little comments.
Thanks for making the trip Sis. We all had a good time.
PS. Venom and Spiderman have been battling it out in the car for quite a few trips now.

Wow, it sounds like a busy, fun time had by all. I'm glad they got to go out to the farm too!
