As I said in the last post, the current kindergarteners host a Valentine's Day party for next years kindergarteners.Their teacher read a story about love, and every time she read the word love, the
Then they made a Royal Valentine Crown. Andrew's Kind. friend helped him make his. The finished crown was a little small for his head, and it didn't help that all the jewels were on one side. Hence the disgusted face.
They had sweet and salty snacks to eat. They all loved the sweet more than the salty.
I took a class picture of them all- 16 kids total (7 this year & 10 in Andrew's class).
Then they dug into their Valentine's Box. Exciting!! Andrew got a Transformer Bumble Bee card from his future teacher. He thought that was the best ever- "How did she know that Bumble Bee is my FAVORITE?" Such a nice party. Thanks Mrs. S.
It's hard to believe that Andrew will be 5 in less than a month and will start Kindergarten next year. Blink and they grow up.
