Things you can learn from an 18 mon. old:

  1. The only purpose for french fries is an utensil for ketchup. Your finger works best for ranch dressing, sweet-n-sour sauce, honey mustard sauce, A-1 or 57 sauce. (which she loves them all.)
  2. If you run really fast to get another book, mommy will keep reading book after book.
  3. Socks are not meant for your feet, and shoes are just a nuisance because they keep the socks on. And those tights things are really disturbing. No matter how hard you pull they just won't come off. Always remember to be extra careful pulling off your socks so that you don't bonk yourself in the nose in the process.
  4. Smiling at Daddy will get you one treat, but if you distract Daddy by smiling and giggling you can sneak some more treats right out of the bowl on his lap.
  5. A warm new fuzzy bear can make any frustration or owie go away.
  6. The fastest and easiest way to get into the bathtub is to lean really far over the edge and flop in- clothes and all.
  7. It can be really fun to dribble milk or juice on the table and pat it with your hand until mom or dad catches you.
  8. You can play with your brothers toys but only when he is not watching.
