These miniature irises are pretty special to me. Grandma Carrie always had these growing along her house and I always loved them. In the spring of 2001 I saw some purple sticking out of the grass at the farm. I found a whole bunch of these mini-irises so I dug them up and planted them in a pot and them put them here at the house in 2003. I have a feeling that Grandma's touch or green thumb is still with them because they have not died yet and getting thicker every year.
The tulips are blooming now too.

It is amazing how some of those flowers can survive all those years with little or no care! Neat that you now have some of your Grandma's garden as a part of yours.
